How Can I Find More Information on Older Lines from The Leonardo Collection?
If only a few years old, please Contact us as we may well have information on file still. For older lines we recommend searching on sites like Amazon and eBay.

How Do I Open a Trade Account?
The easiest way is to Apply Online.

Do You Offer Discount?
Yes - on most lines, if you increase the quantity you order from an Inner quantity to a Full Carton, the price is less.

What Payment Options Do You Accept?
Credit Card, BACS and Cheque.

 

 

What is the Minimum Order Value? (UK Mainland)
For delivery to UK Mainland, £250 in-stock goods of full cartons or £250 in-stock goods of split packs. If your order comprises of both full cartons and split packs, please ensure your order meets both of these minimum order requirements before proceeding. International Customers see below.

Where Do You Ship To & How Much?
We offer free delivery to UK Mainland when you meet our minimum order value. *Additional carriage charges apply for UK offshore and Scottish Highlands & Islands. Exports are covered on a case-by-case basis, delivery for International Customers including Ireland & the Channel Islands can be arranged. Please Contact us for further information.

When Will I Receive My Goods?
5-7 working days for in-stock goods to UK Mainland. If you have a Credit Account you can also order items Due in, which will be added to your Back Order.

 

New Customers

How Do I Open a Trade Account?
The easiest way is to Apply Online.

How Do I Know My Application Was Submitted?
Once submitted, on the following page you will be greeted with an "Application Successful" message. If this did not appear, please Contact us.

Can I Place an Order as Soon as I've Applied?
We'll issue you a username & password within 2 working days so you can Login and order. If you already know what you want to order, you can still Contact us.

I Haven’t Received My Username & Password…
If 2 working days have passed since applying, please Contact us - we'll resolve this as soon as possible.

What is a Pro-Forma Account?
Pro-Forma means paying for goods before they are delivered, usually 7 days NET. This is standard for new customers. Also, we cannot hold goods on Back Order for Pro-Formas, so you'll need a Credit Account to order items Due in.

What is a Credit Account?
A Credit Account allows you to pay for goods after they have been delivered - usually 30 days NET. Also, you can order items Due in and we'll add them to your Back Order. To switch from Pro-Forma to a Credit Account, please Contact us.

 

 

Ordering Online

1. Login
First, Login to your account (or create a New Account). Once logged in, you’ll see a "welcome" message.

2. Find Products
Find products using the search bar or browse the catalogue by New, Ranges, Categories, Occasions or Themes - all found on the main menu - and choose from the list of product groups.

3. Add Products
Having selected a product group (or entered a search), a list of relevant products will be displayed on a new page. Next to any items you would like to order, choose a quantity and click ‘Add’; the order total next to your Basket will update.

4. Revise Your Order
Whilst you continue to search or browse the catalogue, you can click on your ‘Basket’ at any time, review what you’ve added to your order so far and make amendments.

5. Finalise Your Order
Once you have met our minimum order value (see below), from the Basket page click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and follow the steps to ‘Finalise’ your order. Shortly after, you’ll receive an email to acknowledge we’ve received your order.

 

Prices & Stock

How Can I Access Prices & Stock Information?
Please Apply for a Trade Account.

Do You Offer Discount?
Yes - on most lines, if you increase the quantity you order from an Inner quantity to a Full Carton, the price is less.

Some Lines Have More Than One Price…
Many lines have two prices - one is for ordering inner quantities, the other is a discounted price for Full Cartons.

Do Prices Include VAT?
No - VAT is calculated later, confirmed on your final invoice.

Are All Lines in Stock?
Many lines are, and all listed on our website are available to order, stated as either 'In Stock' or 'Due' in. For lines Due in, we also provide the date we expect them to arrive at our warehouse (subject to change).

Do You Split Assortments?
Unfortunately not - assortments are made to be cost effective and sold as a group.

I Can’t Find an Item I Previously Ordered…
If an item becomes unavailable you can keep up-to-date with what's recently Back in Stock online, plus we continually add new Ranges where you can find some great alternatives.

 

 

Orders & Back Order

What is the Minimum Order Value? (UK Mainland)

What is a ‘Customer Reference Number’?
This is for your reference only. Give your order any number of your choice, or leave blank if not applicable.

I've Placed an Order - What Happens Next?
Once submitted, you should receive an email a few minutes or so later confirming receipt of your order (if you have not received this, please Contact us). Next, we need to process your stock order. Please allow up to 2 working days.

What is My ‘Back Order’?
If you have a Credit Account you can also order items Due in, which will be added to your Back Order. These are yet to arrive at our warehouse and will be dispatched when in stock, usually with your next order. To keep track of items you have on Back Order, first Login, go to My Orders then view your Back Order. *Note, we cannot hold items on Back Order for Pro-Formas. To switch from Pro-Forma to a Credit Account, please Contact us.

How Can I Update My Order or Back Order?
To add to or make changes to either an order you've placed or your Back Order, please Contact us.

How Do I Amend My Delivery Address?
To check the delivery address we have on file for you, first Login, then go to My Account. To update your delivery address or any of your account details, please Contact us. We will also need confirmation of changes in writing.

Damages
Damages must be reported within 30 days in writing. Please Contact us to do so.

I've Not Received My Goods…
Shortages must be reported within 7 days and non-arrival within 10 days of receipt of invoice. Please Contact us to do so.

 

 

 

International Customers

What is the Minimum Order Value? (Worldwide)
For International Customers including Ireland & the Channel Islands, £1000 or 20 cartons. All orders must be full cartons, unfortunately we do not sell split quantities outside of the UK.

Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland
Our minimum stock order is £1000 or 20 cartons with a shipping fee of 5% - 7.5% respectively. Delivery is made usually within 7 working days depending on location.

Europe
Customers with a UK-based shipper, our minimum order value is £250 in-stock goods of full cartons or £250 in-stock goods of split packs, and delivery to them is free of charge - please provide address and contact details. Customers without a UK-based shipper, our minimum stock order is £1000 or 20 cartons, and we can get a competitive quote for delivery and charge accordingly.

Rest of the World - USA, Canada, Australia, Asia, Africa, South America
Customers with a UK-based shipper, our minimum order value is £250 in-stock goods of full cartons or £250 in-stock goods of split packs, with delivery usually 5-7 working days. For assistance with overseas container loads, bulkier shipments, worldwide freight & customs clearance, please Contact us.

*Collection
For cartons, pallets and lorry loads we can arrange secure warehouse collections. All collections must be booked - please Contact us to do so. We will provide weights (kilos) and load sizes (Dims, CBM) after 3 working days for orders picked and paid for on a Pro-Forma account. Please allow 7 working days for containers to be loaded and customs clearance.
